Entrepreneur? You Need A Coach!

Work for Someone Else or Yourself

Are you an Entrepreneur who needs a coach?

Have you thought about what it really means to be an Entrepreneur? You might even be asking yourself what is an Entrepreneur anyway? The overall definition is a person who possesses a venture or enterprise and assumes the accountability for the known risks and the outcome for that venture. Most often this is what we also consider an Entrepreneur to be: one that is ambitious leader who takes and combines the land, labor, and money to create and take to market a new product, goods or services.

Now, that sounds pretty sophisticated in words, but the overall view of an Entrepreneur is one that has creativity, perseverance, talent, and the ability to think outside of the box. The Entrepreneur is characterized as the person who takes the risks in creating his or her own destiny rather then follow the crowd. Here is a question: what does following the crowd get you in life? Perhaps you might say, stability and income to get by without the hassle of owning my own business. Now, as true as that might sound, we have now seen that even the oldest and largest of businesses are struggling to survive in this economic environment. A good example for a person who is an Entrepreneur and is helping others is Liz Wright.

So, does it make sense for all of us whether we consider ourselves an Entrepreneur or not to have a B plan. Meaning, perhaps it would be wise to start considering what would you do if your company closes today and you are now either over qualified for the jobs on the market or think you are too old to learn a new job. That is, if you can actually find a job that would not only appeal to you and your talents and pay you as well. This all sounds so bleak but the reality as we know it today; our world is buying into the financial crisis and although it may not be as bad as the news portrays it, it certainly is affecting our businesses and families.

So, how do you become an Entrepreneur especially if you have been trained by your parents and the educational fields to think inside the box and not rock the boat. How do you start learning how to think out side the box and find something that you can become passionate about to further not only your family's cause but also maybe even give back to society?

If you have been in traditional mainstream for years, it will take some attitude changes on your part first, it will take some re framing of your business thoughts, and it will honestly help you if you find a mentor and coach like Liz Wright to help you begin.

Let's talk a bit more about what Entrepreneurs actually do that makes them successful. Now, success sometimes does not come without failures and often times it is difficult and may result in the first one or more failing. But, think about some of the ones before that finally made it even with many failings and then when they were successful; all of the times before were just history.

What they tend to do is identify a problem and find a solution after they have also looked at the market that needs the solution. They are effective by organizing their resources and being effective in accomplishing their task and outcome that changes whatever they are focusing on. You have certainly heard of people that everything they touch "turns to gold". A successful Entrepreneur has certain qualities and yes perhaps a lot of abilities to not only mobilize themselves but others as well.

I will leave you with this thought: how many dreams have you had and have you just let circumstances keep you from doing anything?
